During business hours, we are fully equipped and ready to help with all of your emergency and critical care needs. When existing clients call us at our regular number after hours, the call will be forwarded to an answering service where it will be screened and either patched through to Dr. Cruz or forwarded to the nearest emergency veterinary hospital.
